PICPOUL BLANC
Picked by hand, whole cluster pressed, cold fermented and aged for 5-7 months before bottling. Offering lovely white flowers and honeycomb alongside citrus notes. Light, fresh and crisp.
MOURVÈDRE
Wonderful meaty, chocolaty, plummy flavors on velvety moderate tannins. Nice depth, concentration and length. Full-bodied. Made from vines planted in 1976.
