Educational Tastings
Guided tastings of 5 wines made with grapes that are 100% sourced and harvested in Texas. We offer small production wines made with an artisanal approach. Our winemaker is Benjamin Calais, who is from Northern France and has been making standout Texas wines since 2008.

Reserve Tastings
An intimate experience that includes a private table set up just for you on our spacious patio overlooking the Hill Country. You will be guided through the tasting of our current wine list plus an additional special off-menu wine, paired with our carefully curated French-inspired charcuterie board (one board per couple). Your experience is made complete with a delicious French macaron.
$50/person charged 48 hours before the reservation.

Our last tasting begins 45 minutes before closing and last glass 30 minutes before closing. Our kitchen closes 30 minutes before we do.
In addition to our wines, we offer carefully selected French-inspired charcuterie boards and desserts to enjoy with a glass of wine on our outdoor patio overlooking the peaceful Texas Hill Country.
