Wow, a really exciting wine that shoes how great Rhone grape varieties can be in the Lone Star State. Wonderful meaty, chocolaty, plummy flavors on velvety moderate tannins. Nice depth, concentration and length. Full-bodied. Made from vines planted in 1976.
